From humble beginnings to industry leader — our story is built on craftsmanship, integrity and a commitment to improving the places people live. Since our founding, we’ve taken on progressively larger projects and introduced modern construction methods while staying true to quality and safety.
Life Construction was founded in 1987 by a small team of craftsmen committed to quality residential builds. Our first projects were single-family homes that set a reputation for dependable workmanship.
In 2011 we expanded operations into three new provinces, delivering larger multi-unit developments and establishing our first regional office. This expansion allowed us to scale projects while keeping local accountability.
In 2014 we converted to a Public Limited Company to support growth and bring in investment for larger commercial projects. That transition strengthened our governance and funding for modern equipment.
In 2018 we received the Best Construction Company award for excellence in safety, on-time delivery, and sustainable building practices. The award recognized our investments in training and green building techniques.
